No Returns or Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our services and products, we have a strict no return or exchange policy on all services, hair extensions, and products. Most of our hair extensions are sourced from third-party vendors, and each vendor has its own policies. Please note:

• Any hair extensions that have been shipped, worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging will void all vendors return guarantees.

• Cancellation Policy:
  If your extensions are shipped to LXE locations and you decide to cancel the order mid-process, you will be responsible for the remaining balance due before collect the hair in person.
